Southern Cooking

Southern food isn't just a cuisine: it's a way of life. Dishes created below the Mason-Dixon Line are famous for being rich and flavorful at every meal, but that's not all the South has to offer. Sauteed greens, airy cornbread, and pickled fruits and vegetables lighten up a typical Southern meal, cutting through both the humid temperatures and the heavier entrees. Make sure your next down-home feast is an authentic hit with tips and advice from Allrecipes.
