Roasted Tomatoes - Healthy for Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes (organic would be the best)
- 1 tbs bread crumb (wheat)
- 1 teaspoon of low fat butter
- plenty of basil
- 2 teaspoon of zaitun oil
- plenty of salt and black pepper
How to:
1. Pour the butter (after being salted and black pepper) on the saucepan.
2. Cut tomatoes into two parts identically, then roast it with cutted side on the up.
3. Mix other ingredients into one bowl and stir it well.
4. Pour the mixed seasoning to the roasted tomatoes.
5. Wait until 5-10 minutes after tomatoes being a bit gold.
6. Raise the roasted if done, then give the mixed zaitun oil and then ready to serve.
